Week 1 - Becoming a Morning Monster

 Our goal is to begin setting your child up for success when it comes to taking action. Structure and creating routines in your child’s life is an integral part of getting them to take consistent action.

• This week will focus on their morning routine. Start by sitting down with your child and completing the Morning Habits Chart.

• Fill out the chart with up to 6 of the most important tasks that they need to take action on.

• You may focus on waking up on time, brushing their teeth, getting dressed, eating breakfast, and remembering their school stuff.

• As you work your way to becoming a Morning Monster, be sure to color in paw prints as you complete each part of the morning routine.

• As a reward for your child completing the worksheet, you will make a post on social media with a picture of your child with their finished Morning Habits Chart and immediately next to the picture include their award image for the week. (This is your victory post and your chance to brag about your kid!) Use the hashtag #UATCHALLENGE
