Week 3 - Becoming a Night Time Ninja

 Now that your child has become an Afternoon Ace, it’s time to master the bedtime routine and become a Night Time Ninja!

• This week will focus on your child’s bedtime routine. Start by sitting down with your child and completing the Night Time Habits Chart.

• Fill out the chart with up to 6 of the most important tasks that they need to take action on.

• You may focus on having a putting pjs on, reading a book, brushing teeth, taking a bath, going to bed on time, etc.

• As you work your way to becoming a Night Time Ninja, be sure to color in the throwing stars as you complete each part of the night time routine.

• As a reward for your child completing the worksheet, you will make a post on social media with a picture of your child with their finished Night Time Habits Chart and immediately next to the picture include their award image for the week. (This is your victory post and your chance to brag about your kid!) Use the hashtag #UATCHALLENGE
